Premier Mark McGowan has announced the State Government’s $20 million investment into a Collie Futures Fund and $18 million to build a South West specialist drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre. Collie Futures Economic Advisory Committee was recently established to identify, consider and recommend projects seeking a financial helping hand through the $20 million Collie Futures Fund.
Collie Futures Small Grants Program has been launched as the first stage of the Collie Future Fund program, offering up to $2 million in grants for job-creating projects to diversify the economy. Applications will soon be accepted through the South West Development Commission.
